RE: What can I do now?

I am tired of working extra hours for a boss who really only cares about
themselves? I have known a few in my time. Thinking about your future and
what you can do to change your financial destination? So what are some of
the benefits to a home business <http://www.mysoftwarecareer.com/> ? You
need to start with the fact all you need to do is get up, grab your favorite
snack and walk barefoot if you like to your office. You can come to work in
your pj's. You never need to purchase an entire wardrobe for work. You have
eliminated the need to rush to your car or truck everyday hoping you can
beat the rush hour traffic. Alarm clock? What alarm clock?! It is not only a
savings to your pocketbook, but to our environment. The big benefit is to
your quality of life to spend real time with your family. The benefits are
huge!

What about if we were to start thinking about other people. I am ready to
shout from the rooftops what my new favorite company can do. They have been
around for a few years and are helping me pay off my mortgage in less than 6
years without changing my standard of living at all. Too cool right? Check
it out! <http://www.mysoftwarecareer.com/>

Should we all be so lucky?!

Developing and building your home business <http://www/mysoftwarecareer.com>
is to establish how will you be developing your business to earn an income?
This is important and can be a very expensive lesson to learn up front
because of the associated costs can escalate to a degree that you won't be
able to support your home business <http://www.mysoftwarecareer.com/> .
Start by creating a business plan, set realistic goals. You need to lay out
a short term and long term plan. WRITE them down and have them before you.
Do not file them away for safe keeping. Keep them right in front of you. Set
goals and get what you want to achieve. Set the plan in motion for your
success, based on reality, not hype and lies. Too many people are being busy
in the home business for the sack of doing something. When you have clear
and concise plans, now you have a road map to follow.

For me, its always been about the impact and quality of life I can have with my family. You have time/freedom as you make your own hours. The benefits of business opportunities are especially helpful these days to mothers. Traditionally, if you woke up sick in the morning you had to make a crucial decision immediately. Am I sick enough that I need to risk my job and stay home? Many times we simply have no other choice than to make ourselves attend school and work ill, becomes an immediate issue.

When times are tough

What Can I Do To Avoid Getting Fired?

This is, unfortunately something that all of us face at some point. If we are all willing to take a new approach, we can see that there are other options out there. We can be our own boss. Learn more below.

In this period of downsizing, you always have to be prepared for the ax. However, here are some things you can do:

Work hard: all things being equal, the person that is a clock watcher is more likely to get canned than the employee who puts in extra time. It's frustrating to deal with employees who have an, "It's not my problem," attitude. Something needs to be done, just do it.

Focus on your employer's priorities. Always ask what the priority is and organize everything else around it.

Promote yourself. What if you could build your own business on the side? Well you can. I am doing it right now with my home business for debt consolidation. Being the best at what you do is irrelevant if no one knows about it. To make sure you get credit for your ideas, send a draft to others besides your boss with a request for feedback, or bring up your suggestions at a meeting.

Finally, keep in mind that the best technique for avoiding obsolescence is to initiate change instead of waiting for it.

What Should I Do If I Feel I'm About To Be Fired Or Downsized?

Review your contract (if you have one) or the Employee Handbook to see what it says about termination. Take the time to save and gather copies of your work and important documents, especially letters of recommendation, special notices of awards or promotions. Don't forget your personal list of contacts and phone numbers. Once you're fired, you may have trouble taking certain things from the office.

Start looking for new employment. The best time to seek a new job is when you're already have a steady paycheck coming. What about a new concept? Work from home with a home business little bit every night as to pull yourself away from your velvet handcuffs, better known as, JOB - Just Over Broke.
